, from Chesapeake, VA Summary: Its a great trail system with plenty of jumps and plenty of mud. Its definately a nice trail system and i am grateful for it, but it is basically like driving down a road with bumps. And there are no challengeing hillclimbs or technical areas...this place would be a blast for a beginner. But for us...we need technical stuff and insane hillclimbs to get our thrill...kind of like west va.

, from C'ville Summary: I'm used to riding more technical trails, but this place was pure FUN! No logs, creeks, etc. . . , but lots of jumps. Did I say lots of jumps? You can get a pretty good workout, especially if you schlep it out to the Lasso trail. That was so fun I went round it twice! (Go clockwise--the hill at the back is SICK! Lone Mountain Trail is great too. I didn't have any problem with ATV-ers--they were all freindly, along with thinking anone who was self powered was a little insane. For speed (many jumps are followed by sharply banked turns) and tons of the ol' whoop-de-doos, this is the place! It's all wide open! (Look out for the mud pits on one trail . . . I won't tell ya which one. hehehe) Recommended Route: Any. It's all good. Counter-clockwise was what I did, kind of, and it was great. Other recommended trails in the same area: Haven't ridden too much around here. The Henry Lanum trail is nearby, (even more remote!) It's only 5 miles, but a decent challenge. Worth a sidetrip. Nearer to home, Big Levels, of course, and Panorama Farms and Walnut Creek.

, from Martinsville VA Summary: This trail is a joke for real A T V riders. I could drive my wifes car around it with no problem. For some real riding ,come down to Philpot lake in Henery C.O.on Route 57 and ask anyone how to get to Whitefalls. For a real ride across rivers & mountains. Recommended Route: Its all to smooth and easy any way you ride it.

, from Lynchburg Summary: 30 MPH on the backside of the loop. Yes I said I have hit over 30 mph on this Trial. this is a fun place to ride and it only gets technical at high speeds. I ride and race in the area alot so I know my way around most of the good trails in the area. Everyone, I take here for the first time Loves it. It's especailly great for roades because of the hard pack and double track. A fun place to ride Recommended Route: Run it Counter Clokwise, it is slower because the climbs are linger this way(trust me I have timed it a dozen times). Other recommended trails in the same area: PEVINE MTN just over the hill from this trail, you can actually connect the two to make for a 3 hour loop.
