Ridden Trail: Once a week

Weekend Warrior Summary: Unique rock features and plenty of elevation change in an area not known for great riding, this trail holds it's own. Ties into the Cheery Creek Trail for plenty of easy add on miles. As this trail gains in popularity the horses and there humans are learning to ride elseware. Excellent area for trial riders of all skill levels. Recommended Route: Start at the Hidden Mesa main trail head on Parker Road to the top of the mesa for a lung buster climb or park at the back trail head on Pleasent View Drive to start on top. Either way the loop is well marked and fun in both directions. Other recommended trails in the same area: In the Parker, Franktown, Castelrock area this trail is the closest thing to the big riding.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Over all this is a great "after work" type of trail. From the trail head up to the mesa it is jeep path. Getting to the top of the mesa is a nice little climb. Once you get to the top, the views are nice and the rocks come into play.
This is a multi-use path. Horses are common and so is what they leave behind! Recommended Route: Follow the signs. They are easy.
