Cambalache Forest

Tropical forest, rocky on some parts. Its a long climb, and when you reach the top one can follow 4 different routes through trees, from beginner to advanced. It has lots of shade.

Good parking, and picnic area on site.

Summary:
I am a trail rider living in central Virginia. I rode this park during my vacation in P.R. This place is great! Very well maintained fire roads for a good FAST! warm-up then awsome single track with big sharp limestone rock-garden type climbs and descents. Nice and technical without doubt. You will be satisfied. Bring your own bike on the plane if you can.

Recommended Route:
Once you hit the end of the fireroads you will find the singletrack. Just keep going through them as you please, you will not get lost! They all end or connect with the fire road eventually.

Summary:
This is an awesome trail for having a full day of fun. It's hard pack fast rolling terrain let you ride at all levels. It has some mild uphill section, some nice single tracks network and some nice downhill sections too. The trail has the option for the entry level rider and for the more experieced ones too. There is a downhill call the devils hill, it is really steep and you gotta have skills to go down there. There is plenty of area for the rest of the family to have fun like playground for the kids and some tents with bbq area and restrooms too.

Recommended Route:
I recomend you buying a nice all mountain bike and head for this trail in Arecibo P.R. or check our website and contact us www.prdownhillers.com

Other recommended trails in the same area:
For Trail riding Monagas park in Bayamon P.R.
