Trail is mostly flat. You'll have some headwind if you're heading north from the Route 3 area. From Andersen AFB down to Ysengsong Road is mostly gradual decline, thus providing a perfect avenue for a three to four mile sprint for those sprinters out there.

Recommended Route:
Any location along the loop will do, since it's a loop and you'll end up where you started.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Ritidian and Old Andy South area.
