Great single track, cliff hanging, hair raising stuff. Some steep hills. Sandy, rocky. Technical to easy riding. Something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit.

Summary:
Long flowy trail in the flatlands leading to areas of semi intense climbs as the peaks near. The entire trail system can be ridden utilizing only singletrack. There are areas of singletrack for beginners to learn but the more advanced riders will have a field day. There are long climbs followed by long flowing fast downhills. Make sure you come ready to ride. This is no ride in the park.

Recommended Route:
From the East parking lot off of Fisher Avenue grab a trail map and follow along. Take Upper Glen to Lower Glen and connect with Swamp Cut. From there follow Yellow Jacket all the way to the top. Once your at the top head out on Sidewinder. You'll see Sidewinder is not a mapped trail. Follow Sidewinder all the way around the hillside until you get back to Upper Hermosa. Stay on that all the way down to Hermosa and then Lower Hermosa. When Lower Hermosa ends navigate to Dead Turkey. Stay on Dead Turkey until you reach Toad Road and get ready to climb. Follow Toad Road to the top. You'll know when you're there. While you're up there you may as well take in the entire trail system that's been built on top of this giant mound. Once you're done exploring at the top find a route that takes you down and head back to the parking lot where you'll have some good brew waiting. Believe me, you'll have earned it!

Standing Rocks outside of Stevens Point is about an hour and a half east and 9-Mile in Wausau is about 2 hours northeast.
