From Wisconsin Dells do this A waiver Form is necessary to ride these trails. Go to Vertical Illusions in Wisconsin Dells. It's behind Pedro's and Timber Falls. The guys there are really cool and will hook you up. 1: Start out going NORTHWEST on RIVER RD toward LEUTES ARTIST LN. 0.7 miles Map 2: Turn RIGHT onto LEUTES ARTIST LN. 0.3 miles Map 3: Turn LEFT onto WI-13. 22.8 miles Map 4: Turn LEFT onto W 4TH ST. <0.1 miles Map 5: End at Friendship, WI US Map Total Est. Time: 35 minutes Total Est. Distance: 23.90 miles

Summary:
flow is a good down hill trail for gaing skill and getting the hang of how your bike feels to you. there is some skill to it but not enought that you have to be a pro at rideing.

Summary:
Trail is actually called FLOW not FLOQ. Sorry I made a typo.
