Cross Country Rider Summary: Fairly technical single and double track with more tech single track found between locust and capitol on the east side of the river. A lot of ladder bridges to make it interesting and a few areas to catch some air. Don't miss out on the horseshoe shaped rollercoaster, just remember to keep peddaling or you wont make it back up the other side. Recommended Route: Warm up on the west side starting at North up to Capitol, go over bridge to east side and head south back to North Other recommended trails in the same area: Glacial Blue Hills

Weekend Warrior Summary: I live close to this trail so its a no brainer for me to ride it but even if I lived miles away I would make the trip. I enjoy these trails and ride them nearly everyday in the spring, summer and fall. They rarely get old with the constant addition of new ladders, jumps and tricks. There is the broken glass but it has never caused me a flat but I never go out without patches. If anyone is from the area and wants to go out on this trail e-mail me im always looking for people to ride with. Recommended Route: drop in anywhere and pedal hard and often

Downhiller Summary: This is the best trail you will find in Milwaukee. I have ridden it all my life and have never once been robbed or jacked or anything like that on the trail. You just have to be fast to out ride the gangstas. You will get your ass kicked on this trail so ride with a buddy because when you break something or split your head open, you don't want to be by yourself. Recommended Route: North ave to Hampton on both sides of the river. Other recommended trails in the same area: none

Weekend Warrior Summary: This trail rocks and on top of those rocks you'll find homeless and their broken glass on the trails but thats OK. On a serious note this trail is not for the walmart biker, a balenced bike with a sturdy rider on top of it is required. Also ride with a buddy, its more fun to watch you buddy get his butt kicked by the trail and two is better than one when it comes to getting robbed or harrassed by the non-bikers you'll be flying by. You'll be going up ladder bridges over tree and streams, under trees and practicaly in the river at some points. If you like to get dirty hit the west side by Port Washinton Recommended Route: Do the East side of the river from North to Port Washinton and then loop back and hit the west side from Port Washinton to Locust. Then go to the Bikesmiths on Locust to fix your bike Other recommended trails in the same area: Kettle Moraine
