Great little single track trail. A little climbing, some downhill, not very technical at all.

It can be combined with another section of double track for a total of 4.3 miles.

Summary:
Solid Trail. Great for beginners or people looking to get a ride in after work. I ride this trail about 3 times a week and it has enough variety to keep it fun.

Recommended Route:
Trail head is straight across from the first parking lot. At the end of the trail you can turn right and go up a gravel road to the back of the soccer complex or turn left and go down a few hundred yards and catch another trail on the right. The first trail is a 20 - 30 minute ride, the other adds 10 - 15 minutes.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Little Beaver and Fayetteville are better for half or full day rides.

Summary:
There are two trails at the Soccer Complex. I have only done one of the trails, the one that starts near the complex main entrance. I am new to biking and have only been Mountain biking for three weeks. I have been out there riding and I found that this trail was great. There were several areas that were too technical for my skill level. (very short steep hills, dips, small bridges and some interesting turns while going downhill) The amount of uphill pedaling was beyond my ability too - but I'm out of shape.

The trail is beautiful, gives you the feel of being out there. And it is a trail that a beginner can do and yet be challenged. I plan on doing it at least once a week until I can do the entire trail.

I'll update when I've done the trail that starts at the end of the paved road to the right.

Recommended Route:
There are several instances when you could switch to gravel or dirt roads. I don't know where these lead. I stayed on the bike trail and it comes out onto a dirt/gravel road - go right to get back to Soccer Complex, left to get to the second trail. Experience Mtn. Bikers do both according to what I'm told.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Little Beaver State Park - the trail around the lake is very much a beginner trail. (Be careful when nearing the dam - loose rocks and a stump)

Other trails there are moderate to very technical. I've not ridden them all myself as they are above my skill level.
