Polecat Trail

The trail is a really fun downhill it has it's parts that are tricky. There is one creek crossing in the whole trail and there are a few places that you need to squeze through tight spaces in the middle of downhills. There are a few other rocky spots but other than that it isn't that teribly hard. I just say that you keep your eyes open for tricky parts and you should be fine.

Hm, definetly fun. On a hardtail you can carve down this trail at a good clip. Although it doesn't have any roots on it, it is completely downhill. Mid way down the trail, it rides parrallel to a creek, so when it has rained expect to ride over wet boulders. The last two hundred yards is wicked steep and rutted out, and watch out for cars when you exit the trail

Recommended Route:
Up middle ridge, or, if you're an XC geek, up ballard.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Ballard, Black Bear, Pine Ridge, Mossy Rock
