, from Bluefield,WV Summary: very good terain lots of long inclines and on steep downhills. Most of the good trails are single track and downhill if you have never ridden there you will most likely get lost your first time the only way to find out a trail it to go with some one who built the trails or tack it and see where it comes out which is what my friends did. Recommended Route: go to the city park act like you are going to the park but take a right instead of a left there will be a gravel road there the trail starts

Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

, from Nashville, TN Summary: I found this trail to be fairly demanding, but fun as well. It makes up for its 5.5 mile length by offering a series of steep climbs and fast descents, with some sharp switch-backs mixed in as well. Most of the trail is in decent shape, but there are a few rough areas. The creek that you ride through at the end can be unridable if following a big rain. Other than that, the trail drains well, and is pretty fun. Recommended Route: Clockwise, starting behind right field of the 2nd little league field at the top of the hill. Other recommended trails in the same area: Pipestem, Hurricane Ridge
