Summary:
Ripped up by orv's!!! Many softball size and larger rocks, loose and rutted with powder type soil. Alot of walking.

Recommended Route:
Use 963A rather than 963 (better condition)

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Little Bald Mountain Loop.
