Summary:
This area has been CLOSED by Snohomish County. Please respect the closure while groups such as BBTC work to get it reopened. Thanks!

Perhaps you have heard of it or may even own a previous edition. This trail system is located in it. Not very secret I would have to say. Just go out and ride. Maybe even build some trails yourself!

Recommended Route:
Hey bad attitude. Pick up the latest copy in "Kissing the Trail".

Summary:
Great trail, lots of twisty tech and some really nice built-up features. Super fun trail. This BBTC member heartily recommends it and has for years.

Recommended Route:
definitely the "hidden" trail. Offhand I'd say Brian from Edmonds gives reasonably good directions to this one.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Hey Bad Attitude, please do put out exact directions. This is a great trail, Brian's seems to be the only review with very helpful directions in it and I think they may be a little abbreviated and simplified. Conversely, you can go to www.bbtc.org, look up the publicly available rides calendar, and if anyone's riding there (not as often in the Summer since the snow melts and all the big stuff up in the mountains becomes ridable - it tends to be more of a Fall through Spring "get me by" trail since it's open all year) sign up, show up and have a good ride with some great people who have done the footwork to keep trails like Paradise Valley open so you can ride on them. For more specific information on this trail's history, go to http://www.mtbr.com/trails/Washington/ParadiseLakeTrails.html This is the address to MTBR's trail reviews of Paradise Lake/Paradise Valley, the same trail network listed twice under different names. Read my review(Tom from Seattle) for a better understanding of what is actually going on with this trail. What you're saying about the BBTC is at best hearsay and in fact slander. Not like anyone's going to get all legal on your ass or anything, I'm just saying "geez, that is so not cool. Get your information straight and stop trying to sabotage the only local organization we've got that helps local mountain bikers keep their trails open." Thankyew.

Summary:
What's your problem dude? You know that the club did not build this trail and talking trash all over will only hurt your future access to the area. We bust ass at places like Paradise so that you have someplace legal to ride and you spit back?

Recommended Route:
Evidently the one that's making the attitude bad.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Apparently none.

Summary:
GREAT new 1 1/2 mile trail built by mountain bikers, no mud. contact the BBTC and ask for details, or check back in 2 weeks. i'll plaster the whole web with exact directions if they dont come clean

Recommended Route:
the BBTC should be ashamed of themselves, they have been building trails here and keeping them secret. is this how the bicycle community is going to be acting from now on? 2 years ago they where not interested in the area. now there not only building trails there but there keeping them secret. shame on you BBTC. now you know why i never renewed my membership. also no credit goes to the BBTC for expeling motorcycles from the area this was done by the neighborhood. overall its a good club. but i dont want to be part of a secret trail building club. how many other trails are out there that i dont know about? this really makes me want to stop doing trail maintance. and be selfish like the BBTC..... ***by the way i liked it***.....

Other recommended trails in the same area:
the other hidden trail
