Fun!!! Races are held here and the trails are cut with this in mind. The area was an old housing development till the planes got to loud and the houses had to be moved. There is a combination of old roadways and single track that will have you lost and having a blast in no time. Watch for planes! It's loud!!
I5 to the 200th Street exit. Follow 200th west across International Blvd (hiway 99 to the rest of us) till you come to the bottom of a steep hill. On your right will be Tyee Golf course. The enyrance is on the left, a little gravel parking lot with no amenities other that a trash can, pee before go boys and girls.
Summary: This is one of my favorite trails in the Seattle area so far, lots of really smooth and fast singletrack that rollercoasts up and down a lot of smaller hills. When I heard this was an old house developement that had been torn down, i expected something a lot different! Very scenic, trails were well groomed, and aside from the odd bit of overgrown pavement here and there, you'd feel like you were deep in the woods.
Well, except for the planes roaring by right overhead :)
The trails are nice and fast, with something for almost all skill levels. Great skills park in one area too, nice little downhill runs with a lot of large jumps and drops.
Recommended Route: It's not large, and with the planes right over head coming in to land, you always know which way is north. Go get lost, and have fun.

Summary: this place has something for everybody. xc, cyclocross, freeride, and dirt jumping. most of the area is mild singletrack, accept at the far end where there is a nice flow-line section with lots of drops and jumps, big and small. the dirt jump area is almost all large doubles, so it's not for the lightheaded. other stunts are scattered throughout the park.
Recommended Route: i can't describe how to drive there, but when you get into the parking lot, ride along the paved road for about a uarter of a mile, until you see a wide trail opening on the right side. take that to do the mild single track or flowlines, or if you want to do dirt jumping, take a left instead, cross a little creek and follow the trail.
Other recommended trails in the same area: north seatac

Summary: THis place is pretty sweet. There is all kinds of awesome stuff to ride, So far have ridden it twice and do not think I have really scratched the surface. Nice dirt jumper stuff, and an awesome "playground" built up by some cool locals.

Summary: I was in Seatac for business and brought my bike. The trail was just around the corner from my hotel, so I was able to go out one afternoon. The trails are great, good quality rolling single track. Nothing too extreme as far as hills or technical, but an all around fun afternoon. This is an area that has something to offer everyone, from beginners to expert as far as having a good time. There is an area that has been built up by the local "Huckers". About the size of a football field, there are multiple trails with jumps, berms, and drop-offs. There is supposed to be a BMX track someplace in the park also, but I didn't stumble across it. No maps are available (once you ride there you'll know why, too many criss-crossing trails!), but getting lost is not really possible. A good place to burn some time and have a lot of fun!

Summary: This trail is mostly flat and smooth, not many obstacles, very open and not very tight. It must be geared more towards the cyclocross and XC racers. I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for aggressive or technical singaltrack, maybe soemone who wants to do several laps for a good aenerobic workout. There are some stunts there, but don't seem like they are built very well, although I may have missed some.
