Do two loops behind Carrollawn. Then cross south over the Nichol bridge. Two trails on right. First Right Expert only.Second Intermediate. Cross over Tracks and take right. Follow fire road to first Set of concret steps.Climb steps cross bridge and keep to the right. Trail will take you back under steps and put you on the Buttermilk Trail. Follow trail to Reed Creek parking lot. Next trail Starts To the left of the entrance. Follow trail to large drainage pipes. Take a right through pipes. Then bear left and follow trail into Forest Hill park. Take a right over the concret plat form. Get ready for a climb. at top follow trail to bottom of park. Take a right around pond on pavement.Go about 300yrds and take a right up cobble stone drainage. Follow Trail to the pavement. Cross road then a small creek. Take a left and follow trail climb hill to pavement. Take a left on pavement go 100yrds Trail starts on left. Follow trail to bottom of big hill take a right and pick up Scotts trail. This will take you out of the park. Cross over pavement and Pick up Buttermilk again heading towards City. Follow Trail to A set of concret steps. Desend down and follow trail to Bells Island.Do Two loops there. You can either come back the same way or cross suspension bridge and come back on the road to Carrillon. One of Team Duck Tapes favorite training Trails.

Summary:
I really DID NOT like this FIRST course. I was on and off the bike every 100 Ft. I am not used cylce-cross so it is my fault. I understand they changed the course for later races.

None - I am not trying to be a jerk. There are no trails in this area Other than Poor Farm and Pocahontas.
