Cross Country Rider Summary:
I am suprised no has reviewed this exceptional ride. A real "mountain" ride, with a few nebulous turns, so bring the map. Long easy climb to insanely tight single track to fast fireroad to sweet single track drop (wolf trail)
highly recommended and just across from the popular Carvin's Cove. Recommended Route:
Start at elem. school. get map from roanoke.com - dan casey's home page. note this map has some flaws and expect a 4 hour ride your first time if not with an ft. lewis vet. Other recommended trails in the same area:
carvin's, potts, dragon's back
