, from Burlington VT Summary: The trails are a lot of fun and are riddled with tire puncturing rocks...but its fun so who cares! A note to john (previous post) and other confused folks....this is not part of the burlington area urban assult run...urban assult is highly technical riding in the downtown area involing jumping off and gapping large objects (stairs, retaining walls planters and other things) Urban riding is riding in mad made terrain...concrete/asphalt objects kinda like trials in a sense...urban riding is not riding down the flowing technical singletrack found in the Ethan Allen Park...Just because its in Burlington dosen't mean its urban assult...(just thought i'd clear that up) I'n mot trying to upset anyone here...I'm just voicing my point of view. Happy Trails to all!! Recommended Route: I head in off of Ethan Allen Parkway from my house and head up the trails from there. Other recommended trails in the same area: saxon hill, vw trail. circumcision highway

, from Mo'town, VT Summary: This is part of what Burlington riders call the Urban Assualt(see trail posted in VT section). You can link it together with various trails, the Bike Path and short sections of road for a fun crank, intermixed with lots of techie possiblities. Recommended Route: Wander around the Park and opportunities will present themselves. Scope before dropping. Other recommended trails in the same area: Intervale, Camp Johnson, Jim's Woods, Shelburne Bay Park, etc.
