Trail Directions	From Burlington Bike Path: Ride on Bike Path going North, past Burlington Waterfront Dog Park. Ride past cement flat land areas on left. When you get to the summit of the next hill, you will look down and see a curling left dirt trail. You can take this left and ride back to the flat land areas for some little hoppers or take the trail around the edge of the lake...VERY narrow. Both ways shoot out into the same place: a single-track that moves through the woods to an open field, leading back to Bike Path.

Summary:
A fun little trail to take if you want to get off the bike path for a bit. It's narrow as the original poster says and there are some fun ups and downs.
