Summary:
The Spin Cycle Loop is in Deer Crest located East of Deer Valley, not in S.L.C. This is a very good trail for late spring. It starts to go down if you start from Deer Valley resort entering into Deer Crest. The singletrack is fun and got lot's of bumps and turns. There is a ravine part which is my favorite part and it's like a halfpipe and you up and down from one side to the other like a snowboarder. It was about a half mile long and it's windey and has lot's of turns. That was fun, fun, fun. I tried to build a trail like that one year someplace else that had a ravine like that and you would go up and down like a snowboarder on a halfpipe and it didn't work out very good, so this trail is a replacement for me. Good halfpipe trail and it is unique, not so boring.

Recommended Route:
Get a map in the Deer Valley information center or at a bike shop in Park City. Get the Deer Valley/Deer Crest map. Start from base of Deer Valley and go up one of those trails that goes East and then go down by the freeway and back up to Deer Valley Base. There will be signs everywhere that says Spin Cycle Loop. Follow them. About 90% singletrack, 2% pavement and 8% dirtroad.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Team Big Bear Loop, and that brand new trail in Park City resort that starts from Apex and goes down past Keystone trail and Thayne road. That one Rocks!
