Glenwild Loop

The Glenwild Loop is an 8.5 mile intermediate-technical trail, located just North of I-80 at the Park City exit (aka Kimball Junction). The trailhead lies at 6450 feet elevation, the loop has 800 feet of elevation change, with a total of 1200 feet of climbing. The Glenwild Loop can be used to access several connecting trails including the Cobblestone Loop, Flying Dog Trail, 24-7, and Bob’s Basin Trails. This trail is the first major Park City ride to melt out in the spring. The trail passes through three ecosystems: sage and bitterbrush, sedges and bottomland, and alpine transition zone with maples and oak. The trail is easy to follow and is one of the easiest trails technically in the Park City area. Advanced riders can complete the loop in about an hour.
