A really great ride, primarily for the scenery. Mostly fire road. Starting from the end nearest town, you do a significant climb up fire road, then drop down into a canyon. Ride flattens out, with great views of the La Sal range. Climbs up onto a slickrock plateau, and ends at Gemini Bridges, a twin natural arch. You can actually ride across it! Has great views of Bull Canyon. Ride back the way you came, or (I think) you can continue and come out on a paved road, which should take you back to Moab. Get a good map first.

Summary:
Dirt road through the desert. We rode it during the summer and it was extremely hot. Make sure you take plenty of water if you do this as it could be a bad situation if you don't. The trail is not technically difficult and depending on the time of year and which place you start will determine its physical difficulty. Overall I would recommend this trail if you are looking for scenery, if you are looking for something that is fun and challenging and could care less about the scenery try some of the other trails in the area as this one will probably not be what you are wanting.

Recommended Route:
It has been a while since I have ridden it so I do not know highway names too well, but this trail begins and ends at two different highways. We went when it was extremely hot and started at the wrong place, this caused us to go uphill for pretty much the whole trail until we took the highway back down to our car. I would recommend getting a shuttle to drop you off at the high point of the trail and ride down.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Klondike Bluffs and Slickrock

If you like sand this is great!!! Otherwise a pretty trip to make but the sand sucked. 2 good climbs on the way to the bridges and one on the way back. Good warm up ride for the rest. Did klondike and bridges on a 20 minute break and was not very tired.

Summary:
Hello Kids! I hope you all are being good this year. You better be because I am watching you. Santa is having fun on his summer sled during the off season and the reindeer wants to stay in shape for the winter. My sled has four wheels and shocks on them. We had a lot of fun riding on the roads and I saw a lot of cool rocks and arches. We going fast and it was a lot of fun until Blixon fell and bruised his side and sprained his hoof. Then we flew off and Rudolf started complaining and wanted to go more. It was hot, not like the North Pole! We still had a lot of fun.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Whistler, Canada. Switzerland, New Zealand, Norway, China, Italy, Mount Snow, California, Durango. Australia and Kenya. All the trails there were fun!

Summary:
this trail is not much to what moab has to offer, but the bridges are fun. I usually do klondike and this in the same day, to warm up before poison spider and porcupine rim. Moab has much better, but this is a greagt trail to get started on.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Ride the good moab trails, porcupine rim, poison spider

Summary:
This was a bit of tough ride (especially with the heat, low 90s). I'd consider myself to be an intermediate rider. There's a couple of big hills to climb, but well worth it. There was one spot I had to get off and hike it, the hill was just too sanding to pedal up. Just follow the trail and signs to the bridges. Fast, fun ride back, until you hit the nasty hill climbing out, thankfully not too long. The whole ride was about 16 miles. You can do this ride as a point-to-point ride starting at a higher elevation coming down to the bridges, though it was more fun doing it as an out-and-back ride.

Recommended Route:
Start at the base, which is located a few miles north of Arches National Park on the 191. There's signs for the parking area.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Klondike Bluffs
