A two-mile, steep climb up to a way cool, technical descent for another two miles. Very hard and for very skilled riders.

Summary:
big jumps, technical, good freeride.

Recommended Route:
Go to stone ridge (approx 1500 S and bountiful blvd) drive up the road and go left at every option. The trail starts on a dirt road at the top of someone's driveway. Ask permission. Follow up the trail (pushing a dh bike=30 min) riding=20 min. When the trail flattens out and theres a pine tree farm/forest look closely for a faint trail through the field on the left. Search for it on the LEFT off the main trail

Summary:
SHIIT- I can't believe that I've found a review of this ride. I rode it about 11 years ago on a fully rigid GT. I thought it would be my little secret forever, even when Mueller park gets written up in every magazine. There were none of the private property issues because no one lived anywhere near the trail head back then. Definitely wasn't a temple there just a nice tree farm oasis in the middle of a sweltering summer climb. We rode to the very top of the mountain and there was a snow field in late July.

Summary:
I found this from the other review and i thought i was going on a death march. push-push-push. the other directions are vague at very least and i wouldn't have found the trail if it wasn't for a group of scouts that had hiked up the trail from holbrook. the push is not bad if thats all you try to do on the way up. The trail down is the best i have ridden because the trail is partly grown over, mulchy, steep and smooth for the most part. The holbrook canyon trail is the hardest part to ride because of stream crossings.

Recommended Route:
directions as above to the trail. walk up the driveway to see the trail(dirt road). please ask for permission as this land is private owned. up the dirt road until you get to a burried water tower. skirt this on the right side through some scrub oak then turn right onto an old 4 wheeler trail. push until the trail levels then ride for less than a 1/2 mile. The trail becomes level when you will come to a tree farm on the right and a meadow on the left. ride down throught the meadow (off trail because it is grown over) to the far side and you will pick the trail up. it is narrow but defined. decend to the holbrook canyon trail and follow it out to the trail head(across from the bountiful mormon temple)god dam jesus freeks.

Summary:
This trail is for hardcore Downhillers, XC riders, or trials riders. The downhillers can walk up and ride down the trail. It's steep, narrow, technical, and the best trail I've ridden. If you can't find it, e-mail me.

Recommended Route:
The only, manly way.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Mueller park, Parrish creek, Buckland ridge DH
