Ridden Trail: Once a week

Cross Country Rider Summary: I actually ride up in this area a lot. If you stay on the road, there isn't a whole lot to it. But there are tons of singletrack spurs that make it a lot of fun. You can ride from north of Rock Canyon all the way to Hobble Creek without touching pavement. The further south you go, the more difficult sections there are. Recommended Route: Play around--there are lots of good rides around here. Other recommended trails in the same area: Maple Canyon is fun.

Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from Provo, UT Summary: I used to ride this trail every day on my lunch breaks, just to get some excercise. It's nothing to get excited about, and it doesn't take very many rides before you'll barely break a sweat. It's a combination of wide singletrack and jeep road. Honestly, the best part of the ride is coming down the road behind the temple at 50+ MPH (but don't let the police see you doing this!). Toward the South end of the trail, near the mental hospital, you can take a jeep trail down that has some pretty good little jumps. Recommended Route: You can either go North to South or South to North. Doesn't really matter either way. Other recommended trails in the same area: Loafer Mountain, Bennie Creek, Hobble Creek Canyon, Maple Canyon, Squaw Peak, various trails in Provo Canyon
