Mill D South Fork (Cardiff Fork)

The scenery is beautiful, but this is not a fun ride. The trail is littered with loose rocks, often making the road unrideable. If you are sick like me, you will continue to the end and see the old remains of the Cardiff Mine

Summary:
Incredible ride, Yeah it's a tough climb AND a tough descent, but that's what seperates the riders from the weekend warriors. If your not up to good tough hill climb, do what Kenny says, ride somewhere else! Wimps and Whiners STAY HOME! Or go ride the pipeline trail in Millcreek Canyon!!

Ridden Trail:
Every few months

Reviewed by: SheepShagger , from Manti, Utah

Summary:
Its about 2 1/2 miles to the main mine and then there are a bunch of side roads to other mine shafts and ruins. Great wildlife watching in this canyon with deer, elk and moose commonly seen. Just a note, this is a constant loose rocky road with a lot of "baby heads" so bring your double boinger if you own one.

Recommended Route:
Make sure you take the split in the road to the right before you get to Donut Falls. Once you get on that road you cant get lost.

Mineral Fork.

Summary:
I forgot to mention that the bottom of this trail is littered with families hiking up to Donut Falls, use caution, better yet ride another trail.
