Summary:
First, this is a dirtbike trials training center, so keep in mind dirtbikes are top priority here, and mountain bikes come second. That said, the dirtbikes don't go on the mountain bike trails. But, expect to be around dirtbikers.

Been out here once on my 5" bike. System of at least 5 downhill trails coming out of the hills. Trails are steep and full of technical features (rock gardens, drops, a few wooden stunts). Most people ride these trails on downhill bikes. I imagine they flow pretty well, although I'm not the best judge since I was stopping a lot.

Trails stay in great shape since many riders do maintenance while they're out there. There is a $10 fee to get in the area.

Recommended Route:
Go to the top of the hill, then come back down one of the trails that start at the top. Then, repeat. It really is that simple here. I suppose there might be maps, but I was with a group, and it was pretty straightforward.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Raccoon Mountain, Franklin State Forest, Sewanee Perimeter trail.
