Summary:
Time for an update-

Since the last review there have been alot of changes to the ETSU trail system area. We still have the 5.5 miles of xc but there have been a few re-routes, and a few in the making, that will make it flow better than before. The downhill course has had a make over as well. We have added a pump track, classic slalom, and dirt jumps in the same area as the regular Slalom course is at. You can't miss it. The old freeride trail is also in the course of being revamped. If you would like any information you can contact me at zgef1@goldmail.etsu.edu. Come out and ride whenever! or Give me a shout and we'll get out there and show you around. Cheers!

Summary:
A great dual course with a large step up jump that is very fast and fun. A very good spectators course also. This place also has a single track downhill course that has a five foot drop, rock gardens, woops, little jumps and drops, and also a cool log section. We recently began a free ride course, close to the dual course, with the most killer drop in the whole area that is a 6 footer with a 3 foot gap off the top of a cave with a smooth landing that is beautiful. Cross country trails go around and over the road with a couple cool short downhills.

Recommended Route:
Same as above, to get to the new free ride it is easy to go to the bottom of the dual course and go left along the rail road up the hill a little and you,ll see a killer drop on the left, (over a cave!) ,and a little one to the right

Other recommended trails in the same area:
The chute or the widow maker on Buffalo Mt. off of dry creek road.

Summary:
This is a great little trail if you are just wanting to go out and hit the woods and have some fun. If you ride this trail foward it is probaly at least 60% uphill so be prepared. Take this trail backward if you want a fast paced mostly downhill ride. Overall this is a good trail that could only be improved upon if it were longer.

Recommended Route:
Forward or Backward
