Summary:
Waterloo is a series of four wheeler trails, though much narrower trails than Monterey. The trails are fairly rough, and semi-technical. I would rate them a 4-5 on a 1-10 scale. There are quite a few fall line hills that test both traction and leg strength/endurance, and downhills with logs across them that could mean an endo if you aren't careful. I would recommend this trail to intermediate and up riders.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Monterey is the next nearest trail to Cookeville.
