This is a fun spot for motorcycles, could be dangerous on a bike, as I have only seen motorcycles on it. It is not real big, but the trails are good. It has some fast wide areas, some very technical hill climbs and drops and a few miles of very fun through the trees runs. And to beat all, a kind of worn out motorcross track with some neat drop offs and small to medium jumps set up. Other recommended trails in the same area:
Memphis has scattered Motorcycle and MTB trails, most listed already, some not
