Weekend Warrior Summary: starting to the north of the parking lot is the yellow trail. it has a lot of elevation change. these hills are by far now mountains but will give you a good workout. from the yellow is the blue trail not very hard here it travels through the woods and winds back and frth. the the red trail, also not very difficult except for one creek crossing which I have yetbeen able to cross completly. if I can get into it from one side i usually get caught up trying to climb back out the other side. this trail is kind of short at just over 3 miles. you can also connect to the field to the south which is a long up or down hill depending on which way you ride. Recommended Route: either direction Other recommended trails in the same area: Stanky creek(barttlet), herb parsons, tour de wolfe, wolf river trail.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Great "altitude" changes on the yellow trail. Probably the best up-and-down in the area. nice fast, tight SINGLEtrack. There are a fair number of roots, so beware. Recommended Route: For a good ride, ride the yellow first (go up the fire road near Canada Road and then bear right) follwed by the blue and the red, and then return on the yellow.

, from Nashville Summary: This trail rules at night with lights. Especially mid to late Fall when leaves are down and it's tough to see the turns at the bottom of a short hill. Other recommended trails in the same area: Stanky Creek, Herb Parsons, Challenge Course
