, from Nashville, TN Summary: A much better trail is from Anderson Road Park to Smith Spring Park or vice versa. Lots of fast singletrack along the lake about 5 miles long. Trails go several directions in this area with some leading to Long Hunter State Park. Recommended Route: Park at Anderson Road Park. Go to the mile loop day hike trail and across the street is a residential road that dead ends. The trail starts here. Other recommended trails in the same area: Riding in the spring is a pain unless you like riding partially in the lake, wait until the summer when the water level is down. Also, watch for people fishing along the lake.
