Great trail system with a nice variety of terrain for the area. Lots of singletrack plus a few tunnels & swinging bridges to add to the uniqueness of the place. Sugar Island has a few steep switchbacks and some off-camber turns. School Loop (East & West) & Prairie Loop are fun, rooty and just plain fun to ride!

Summary:
For a South Carolina trail, this is a pretty good one. I feel the best way to run it is clockwise. Decent flow, a few root and rock sections, but nothing most people can't handle. If you aren't breathing hard enough on this trail, shift gears. Overall a decent trail, but only moderate aerobic and technical.

Summary:
What a nice little find. Lots of roots, and moderate hills, great aerobic workout. The back half on the river is great, Nice flow, on the edge of the river with lots of bridges. I would ride this loop clockwise with the last 2 miles getting out of the valley the toughest from a climbing perspective. I would rate this as high as Shermans Branch if you are in the area. Nicely posted trails.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Sherman's Branch, National White Water.

Summary:
Love this trail cuz it's close to my house. Nice long trail that is better for cardio than technical practice. Just be sure to get a map at the trailhead because it does get confusing.

Recommended Route:
All loops.

Summary:
Great trail system with lots of singletrack sprinkled with a few roots to keep it interesting! Some nice stretches of trail that follow a creek with a sandy bottom. This trail has a nice variety of features none of which I would consider too technical for most riders. Tunnels, swinging bridges, sand, rocks & super fast doubletrack make Anne Springs an enjoyable place to ride!

Recommended Route:
From the Leroy Springs Recreation Complex trailhead ride the trail clockwise for a fun cardio workout.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Sherman Branch, Colonel Beatty Francis, USNWC
