Weekend Warrior Summary: Does anyone know what the real story is on this trail. Trail head says OK for bikes. 4 miles in not OK? Palmeto trail flyer says OK? We road this trail last weekend. There was lots of leaves on the trail but it has potential. The first 2 miles had some challenging climbs similar to many found in Pisgah. We only made it 6 miles and then turned around. Not an easy trail but if you are looking for a challenge not to far from Greenville (1 hr). This is the trail. Recommended Route: see above

Cross Country Rider Summary: new work in the past year has made this a stellar trail. almost all doubletrack/gravel road has been diverted onto fresh singletrack. the trails are tight, steep, and fast. ride them while you can. all markers from the table rock side show the trail open to bikes, but when you ride back, you may see signs saying otherwise. Recommended Route: table rock-178-tablerock out and back. Other recommended trails in the same area: pisgah, dupont

Weekend Warrior Summary: Good stuff here... This trail offers a little bit of everything, single track, fireroads, smooth and rocky sections, great downhills along with some challenging uphills... and scenery to boot. Recommended Route: The trail head is at Table Rock State park.. from there it goes west ~14 miles across 4 mountains to hwy 178. I prefer to ride the trail from 178 to Table Rock mainly because I live near that end of the trail and don't neet to load up my bike... I just ride up the road a couple of miles and I'm on the trail. Other recommended trails in the same area: Camp Adger... Jocasse Gorges Passages trail is a single trail that goes thru an area called Camp Adger... there are many trails in this area which intersect the Jocasse Passage.
