Weekend Warrior Summary: Yes, it's flat. Yes, it's boring. But the fire roads are good for a beginner (like, first time out mtb). I'd bring my niece there (she's 11) to get her started. Particularly young, inexperienced kids would like these trails in the park, and if you're a parent trying to teach a kid the ropes, this is the place. Once your young Padwan gets some legs under him/her, take 'em over to Big River in West Greenwich (though, for some reason, the reviews here are lebeled Exeter). Recommended Route: It's only got maybe 2-3 miles of trails, so don't expect a full day. Other recommended trails in the same area: Again, Big River would be the next logical step up.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Like the previous reviews stated: it's flat, boring and an ok trail for beginners. It can also sometimes be very crowded; depending on what day you choose to go riding. Though I rode this trail when I was a "beginner", I can barely recommend it to one whom is just starting out. The terrain is not very challenging. The only thing challenging about the terrain is the fact that most of it is sandy and flat and you have to really power through it, which helps to build stamina. There is one spot that is kinda a downhill, but it doesn't last. There are usually people at the bottom of the hill, causing you to have to slow down prematurely. It's not very exciting, just plain old dull. Other recommended trails in the same area: Arcadia
