Trails through fields and woods. Wide enough for an ATV/lawn mower. Field trails are cut lawns. Woods trails can have mulch too.

Good training trails. Speed seated climbs in the woods are very good. Mulch on some flat trails give added resistance for a better workout too. not the longest but easy enough to start again on a parallel trail back up the hill again.

You can also work on negotiating some rocks along creek trail (bottom of hill/property) but climing the hill as fast as possible is this place's best thing.

Trails are very well groomed and pretty wide. Not espeically technical but good for an aerobic workout in the woods/fields.

Recommended Route:
East side of park in the woods. Up and down the hills. The trail marked in white is steepest uphill and most challenging
