This trail was cut in about 1 month and has some good bench cutting to help the rock sections be ridable. When you take the trail in you'll see a sign on the left. You can either go in there or go .5 mile the trail and take the trail on the left (there will be a sign). This trail is a 2.3 circle and goes through some great deer habitat area.

We normal take the trail straight out to the .5 intersection and ride it that direction. You get a more easier ride to clear the rock gardens this direction. You'll go through some pine tree area and see some of the bench cutting section we made (crib walls and some rock bridge). The rock bridge is great to ride over (about 2.5' high) and a killer downhill speed to clear nasty rock garden. Once coming out of pine area you'll see a clift look over that sees over the main hard top road. The lykens watershed is about .2 mile down the road from the trail at that section. The trail leads out towards the trail head enterance.

Summary:
This trail is an easy trail in most sections, except for a few rock sections. We at RCST only have about 100 hours making this trail and maintaining it is easy. The trail has some great tight singletrack and a nice rock bridge. Usually takes about a half hour to ride the whole trail and great place to see deer.

Recommended Route:
ride it in the direction as the write up describes it. As you go in .5 mile don't follow the trail straight down the hill, but take the left at the sign (will have a bench there). That trail goes into PGC land and no mtb riding allowed in that section.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Fawn kill, Doc Smith, Rattle Creek, Dry run, and rock ridge.
