Racer Summary: Great trail! Awesome downhill that leads to either a short climb that takes you back to another fun downhill, or to a rocky climb that eventually catches up with the fun descent. Recommended Route: Start at the parking lot on top of the hill and enjoy the ride down, but keep your speed up when you hit the creek or you'll never make it up the other side. Other recommended trails in the same area: Basset path. When you're on that second downhill and are winding through the woods, start looking right after you merge with the other trail that will be coming from your right. A few feet after the merge you should be able to see a yellow tree marker with an arrow - that's Basset. Super technical downhill, and really fun!

, from Clarks Summit Summary: From the description it sounds as if fluffy is typing about the State Park. Specifically The trail along the creek that is actually on private land. I've ridden this trail for years and have not had a problem with the owners. On a side note, a few us us have received the OK and assistance tohold a major trail maintenance / trail correction on the park's trails in September. Keep your eyes peele for mor. Signs will be posted in the park at the trailheads for this. Other recommended trails in the same area: Noxen, Merli (Fell Mountain)

, from Clarks Summit Summary: From Fluffs comments on the horse crap, I would assume he/she is talking about the Lackawanna State park. The local equestrians built some trails around the perimeter of the park. Stop at the ranger office for a detailed map and some very interesting fun, but moderate riding. Great while the wife lounges at the pool with the kids.

, from Taylor, PA Summary: Once on doubletrack head to the right and down a hill across a pretty stream and follow trail to the left. Stay on the main trail and you'll wind around to the left and eventually come out on a poleline. Go to the left and head downhill on the double/single track that bears slightly to the right and then winds back to your left. You'll be above ther creek on some sweet singletrack. You can follow this to where you started or check out some of the side trails. Be good to mother nature and don't leave a trace please. Fun but short. Recommended Route: Don't be a dipshit, tell the people. I'm assuming you mean the trail off Edella Rd. in CS. Get on Edella Rd. from rt. 6 and head just past overpass for the turnpike. You'll see doubletrack going up and over a small hill to your right. Drop on in! If this isn't the trail you are talking about it is because you are a typical Clarks Summit arse who has his head up his volvos tailpipe. Other recommended trails in the same area: Lack. St. Prk., Merli on Fell Mtn., the Boy Scout Trail is a rippin' downhill
