Weekend Warrior Summary: Just did this ride and found it to be a good quick workout. Good climbin and fun decents. I'm a beginner mtb'r and had not problem, though I backed out of one steep decent. It needs more riders to be on this trail but probably won't get because it is so short. I'm going to be spreading the word so we get more riders on this trail.

Cross Country Rider Summary: So yeah....about the dirt bikes (which I thought are not allowed there being its state park lands). If you get past the guy 8 sizes too big for his Honda 90cc dirt bike putt puttin around, its a great place to pedal...IF your local. Please dont waste your time making the trip. I only do it b/c I live in Thornton, PA. If you have a DH bike, there are two nice drop offs, one 10' flat landing, and one 15' on the side of a hill. Theres also a wall ride and some other jumps. As far as trails, they are weak! Also, some bulldozer took a dump on some of the trails by the historic site and covered it with crushed stone....gee, real fun to ride on...NOT. More climbs than descents. Recommended Route: All Other recommended trails in the same area: WCU South campus and Brandywine Creek

Downhiller Summary: These trails are fun but very short. I've ridden these trails once or twice, they are primarily used by dirt bikes and 4wheelers which are a bit more fitting for these small loops, less annoying and boring when you don't have to pedal back up these hills. Not worth the trip if your not local. I would recommend going to the Wissahicken if you have a car. This spot is probably most popular for being a good place for high school kids to park and do the (explicit deleted) those crazy kids do. Recommended Route: its off of locksley road which is only accessable from one side b/c the bridge right next to the rr tracks(and parking shoulder) has been demolished and is being rebuilt. Other recommended trails in the same area: Wissahicken is awesome get lost have fun find your way out before dark just don't get jumped and or bike-jacked, WCU Trails are just as weak dont waste your time unless your in the neighborhood
