What an honor to be the one to post this trail system!
This park has a beautiful lake, beach, and camping to compliment a beautiful, well built trail network. I anticipate this diamond shall become even more beautiful as she gets polished.
I read where someone described this place as a 30+ mile natural pump track.
I would say this is fairly accurate except you add some hills and some fairly large rollers.
Not monster climbs mind you, but where there is down, there is also up.
Allegrippis will have you pumping and jumping down the hills and up as well.
Of course, the faster you ride it and more momentum you carry the better it flows.
This theory will also leave you quite satisfyingly worked at the end of the ride.
I tried to leave no stone unturned in my quest to discover these trails so hopefully this can help you.
You'll find the trails well marked so trust the map.
I started at the Seven Points Rd trailhead and did the network to the West first.
The Dark Hollow trail starts off the fun with a fast, flowey descent and climb back up to the Shade Tr. I rode counterclockwise to the Allegheny Tr to Barrel Bay and back.
The West side seemed a bit rockier than the East side of 7 Pts but I wouldn't say it is that technical. I didn't find the black trail to be much more difficult than the blues.
I then climbed up the Stony Trail East to Bakers Hollow Rd trailhead and the start of some real fun. The Buck to Doe and back Fawn was really fast and flowey and got me ready for the rollers to come. I then headed out the ridge on Allie, Grippis and Ridge. What a ball! Just fast, various sized, pumpy rollers on out to the point. At the intersection I stopped to check out the views (and have a little safety break) From there I rode Berry Patch, Loco Motive and Red Legs back to the Grippis Tr. I found these to roley with a mixture of rocks on the Loco Motive. I then rode Grippis and Ridge back to the point and picked up Rays Revenge. This was easily my favorite Tr (one not to be missed). Rays rolled fast down hills with pumps and jumps with some sweet, natural table tops. I took Rays over to the Sidewinder, Osprey and Hydro Loops. I was expecting the Hydro Loop to roll along the lake and offer more views but this was not the case. After Hydro it was more of the same roley poley fun on Eagle Tr, Sleek Dog, then Doe back to Buck where finally you ride the Stoney Tr and descend on out to the 7 Points Rd where you can spin it out as you rip on down to the beach for a well deserved plunge in to the lake.
Wow, what a great ride! I'll be back!
If you don't feel like doing such an epic ride then I might recommend doing the East side trls from 7 Points and skipping the West or for even less, you can ride all the trails East from the Bakers Hollow Trailhead.
From here you should be able to get a pretty good feel for what the Allegrippis Trls are all about.

Summary: Overall very fun, flowey trails. No huge climbs but a lot of rollers. Not technical at all (one log in 3 hours). I wish that there were a few techier sections.
These trails could be even better if groomed out some more. There was a lot of small loose rock which made blasting into some turns a bit sketchy.
The lake is nice.
The campsites are too congested (susquehannock) but there are some nice ones if you can get them.
The bathrooms were simply vomitous. Go to Seven Points when you have to go

Summary: This place is pretty amazing! I rode mostly Wiss, White Clay,
French Creek and Jim Thorpe.
Have ridden in Utah a few times (leg powered and lift assisted; mid-mountain at Park City) and Allegrippis ranks right at the top as one of the funnest. The flow and rollers are incredible
Recommended Route: I did a short ride:
Baker Hollow parking lot to Buck, Alle, RedLegs, Locomotive, Berry Patch, Ridge (good view here), Grippis and back to Alle.
Next time I'll add in the Ray's Revenge and other trails to the south of the route above.
Other recommended trails in the same area: Rothrock, Coopers Gap area
