Seven Springs has been around for a few years now. I have ridden here since it has began and pretty much loved it all the way. Difficulty goes from very easy ( no jumps and pretty smooth terrain) to harder ( Rocky terrain with jumps and rock drops). There a few very good tabletops, a couple good doubles, some ladder bridge drops, and some pretty huge jumps at the bottom. Overall it is a very good trail system. Everything is very do-able but may be a little scary the first time. After a few trips the trails may get a little bit boring because of the lack of many mnay trails, but there are enough to really have some good fun. I definetly WOULD reccomend riding these trails.
