, from Pittsburgh Summary: As it says it is for the beginner. It is like riding on the road. However the senery along the river is great!. This would be a great place to take some non-riding friends as there are reasonalbe biek rentals in Ohiopyle. If yoy get an Ohiopyle State Park map, it will show you some specific mountainbike trails that are more fun. The were moderately technical, some decent climbs and pretty rocky which I am learning is about what to expect here. Study the map well. Some of the trails (Kentuck trail) on the map say they are for bike but the sing I passed said it was not. Well, I went anyway. Just be warned that it may not be clear at first where you can and cannot ride. Overall it was a nice place to hangout and check out some nature but the riding is not that difficult. Oh, yeah. Watch out for snakes. On the paved trail I rode right past a timber rattler. Be careful. Recommended Route: I started out in Ohiopyle
