Cross Country Rider Summary: if u sneak in early u might not get caught, some of the back trails and along the creek can be pretty good, long steeps with big roots, rocky steeps, but as i said they can and will fine u and may take ur bike if your caught off the pavement. Recommended Route: swamp rd rt 413 bypass, or almshouse rd.

Cross Country Rider Summary: Tyler Park and High Rocks are the 2 places where I learned to mountain bike over 8 years ago. I grew up in the area and my parents have lived in various houses around the park perimeter. The trail riding is a lot of fun and quite scenic with various types of terrain. The fact that local authorities have banned off-road biking from the park is ridiculous. I was riding there when the fines and enforcement first started. At the time, the argument was that mountain bikes were ruining the horse trails. Nothing against the equestrians, but the horseshoe marks and loads of horse crap on the trail were by far more detrimental to the park than bikes. Bring mountain biking back to Tyler!!!! Recommended Route: I used to love ditching into the woods by the canoe rental stand and heading behind the community college before looping over the covered bridge and back along the other side. I seem to remember a wonderful singletrack downhill through a cornfield. Other recommended trails in the same area: High Rocks

, from CHURCHVILLE, PA 18966 Summary: I used to ride here all the time, my house backs right up into the park. But the stinking Newtown Police department, as well as park rangers ruined it for us Bikers. The paved paths suck!!!! Let us back on the horse trails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommended Route: Don't come here or contact local authorities to protest and let the bikers back on the dirt paths......
