Once a week

Summary:
It's a nice maze of wide easy trails. You very much can get lost or get far away from were you started and not know how to get back real fast. Luckily there are always locals in there and they can get you pointing the right way. it is very easy riding. Also beware of other bikers, there is a lot of people in there and everyone gets going fast, makes for easy colisions.

Recommended Route:
The point Todd mentioned is the game lands, you can also take Clinton ave out to them, or pick up the bike path from the golf course which leads you to the parking area

Ridden Trail:
Ridden Once

Summary:
This was my first time on these trails. I made the mistake of riding them by myself without a map and a limited amount of time. Very easy to get lost no very big hills or super technical stuff, but it is fun to get lost there for a day. I'll have to plan some more time to explore these trails and bring some more water with me. Lots of fun though would recommend to anyone, but especially beginners.

Recommended Route:
Scotia Road, though there are many entrances to these trails. I left from the other side of the forest.

Summary:
I live in the neighbor hood across the street.(park forest) It's only like 5-10 minutes away depending on how fast I feel like riding. You could get lost in these trails for a month! Theres a pretty tight techy loopy spot, and a huge down hill. I've only found one good down hill.... If you just stay on the main path you'll eventually come to it. It's fast, and kinda rocky at times. But it it's pertty much a direct cut though all the woods. It's as difficult as you make it. Leave your self all day to check these trails out, you'll need every second of it.

Recommended Route:
I haven't ridden these trals enough to know all the ways in. But... I go in from circle ville road. Theres a place to get in, down the hill from a big a big park.
But there are many many ways to get in.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Bellfonte Rail road.
