Weekend Warrior Summary: A flat 1 percent grade cinder trail that meanders along the Pine Creek from Jersey Shore, PA north to Wellsboro, PA. The total length is 58 miles. Very nice comfort facilities are interspersed on the route. At Waterville, Cammel, Slate Run, Cedar Run, and Blackwell you can stop for munchies and a cold drink. The trail is easy and fun enough for the whole family to ride. The trail presents just enough changing vistas to keep you interested. Plan on enjoying relaxing beatiful scenery! At most points you can ride two abreast. Recommended Route: Start at any northern point and enjoy the gentle push of the 1 percent downgrade. For an out and back ride begin at any point you wish and travel first north then back to your starting point. I would recommend for a first timer the Slate Run to Rattlesnake Rock trip and back with a stop at the Cedar Run General Store on the way back for an ice cream cone! Other recommended trails in the same area: none at this time

, from Harrisburg PA Summary: My friends and I have ridden this trail twice, once in the spring and once in the fall. We parked at Blackwell both times. The first time in the spring, we went north to Ansonia and back. The second time,in the fall, we went north about halfway to Ansonia(there's a small campground between the trail and creek). Then we went south past Blackwell to Slate run. There's a store beside the trail that sells sandwiches and we had lunch there. I think that the trail goes South to the town of Jersey Shore. Would like to do the entire trail at some time in the future. All in all, a very beautiful, scenic ride!!! Recommended Route: We park at Blackwell
