Cross Country Rider Summary: Great endurance training ride if you park at the Glen Onoko Access area and go the 21.5 miles north to White Haven. It's a gentle uphill the entire way. Then take it back down and you have a nice 43 mile endurance ride. Do it at pace and your legs will feel it. Using it for early season training before the summer walkers get out is best. Views are great and there's plenty of places to stop and take in the sights. Lots of nice little waterfalls too.

Cross Country Rider Summary: very flat and scenic. waterfalls act as air conditioners on a hot day. not many difficult trails. if you have kids or dont ride much its a great place if in the area. most people park at glen onako falls(bottom) and take buses to multiple spots along the trail depending on how far you want to ride. i started riding from the bottom and took it all the way up and back. totaled about 45 miles. little to easy for me, but worth it at least once. Other recommended trails in the same area: too many

Cross Country Rider Summary: The gorge is an old torn up railroad bed that stretches 25 miles. The views are nice, however it is completly flat- it is a good girlfriend or familty ride if you guys just want something to do. I do it for time or i'll just take my girlfriend for a spin. It is gravel and pretty much out in the open so bring your water, lunch, and some sun block. The trail is usually pretty busy on nice days, but its wide, so there is nothing to worry about. Overall its a nice day out if you just want to ride something flat and easy. Recommended Route: unless you live close, just do all 50 miles, you wont have to worry about running cars around or getting a ride. It will take a few hours to do and i wouldn't recommend taking a small child, out of shape rider, or someone who annoys you/complains alot b/c its a long ride and you gotta keep moving sometimes. The ride itself is really easy, but it is 50 miles.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Rode this trail with my girlfriend while on vacation in the summer of 03. It is a rail trail, so don't expect much in the way of excitement. Neverthless, it is a beautiful area with many plces to stop and enjoy the scenery. Great for a nice recreational ride. Recommended Route: Being from out of the area we had a local bike business drop us at the beginning and pick us up at the end. DON'T DO THIS. For for the money they charge you can find your own place to park, enjoy the ride, and take your girlfriend out for dinner after.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Not really a MTB trail, perfect for a cross bike. I ride this once or twice a week on my cross bike and it's great. Nice scenery, river, no cars and up to 40+ miles total. Watch out during the summer and fall for lots of "sunday riders" and people who have no concept of keep right. A favorite of mine, just don't expect a MTB trail. Recommended Route: Start at my back door....
