Cross Country Rider Summary: I love riding in downtown Harrisburg, especially in the summer... tons of stuff to ride on/off of, and like was said before, really no cops or anyone else bothers you.

, from PA Summary: This place kix butt. It's like 50% marble/granite, with dropoffs wherever you look, and plus there are not that many cops. Just watch out around the Capital Recommended Route: Start on City island and ride across the bridge, and then from there on.......URBAN/FREERING galore! Other recommended trails in the same area: Michaux state forest

, from camp hill Summary: just road this last weekend after we got 6-8 inches of snow, the capital is full of stairs and ledges and on the weekends no one f***s with you, there are several parking garages nearby that are accessible thrillrides, try the one on second street across from the crown plaza, also down by the train station. bomb the capital steps and cruise the complexes many wheel chair ramps and discover the thrill of city riding!!! Recommended Route: start on city island or at resovoir park
