Anything you can think of. Flat crusing trails all the way to Center City. Cross Country trails and good downhill trails. Also there are some good hiking and climbing trails.

Summary:
This trail is the motherload of Philadelphia Trails - you really can't go wrong, although dont get creative and hit unmarked trails... I've actually gotten a ticket, and actually gottten lost even though its pretty hard to...

Recommended Route:
Just hit the forbidden trail and take any of the off shoots - there's one at least once every 1/4 mile. They mostly hit the main trail again, hard to get lost unless you dont follow the trails.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Rode Belmont today - pretty fun.

Summary:
This palce is loaded. Some of the best climbs and decents around. Good technical stuff and also very fast single track. There are too many trails to pick a great one. One of the trails is rated as on ef the top ten trails in the nation. It is close to philly so good food all around. Great getaway weekend place that is not to far. Good luck!
