, from Brodheadsville/ Skippack now Summary: sorta flat, but awsome technical. I would be impressed by anyone who can ride this trail end to end without putting a foot down. There is a good log every 100 yards or so Recommended Route: Approx. half way back to the lake there is a unmarked trail (old jeep path), follow it, do not turn off of it, there is lots of dead ends. make your left onto trail marked white with red dot, this will end at the lake.... great technical single track, get ready for lots of obsticles. We lost 2 der. out of 4 good day!!! Other recommended trails in the same area: thornhurst

, from Lehigh Valley Summary: Brady's Lake Ride Here is a suggestion for a ride in state gamelands 127 a seldom visited but very scenic area . This is good summer ride due to the many stream crossings , abundant shade and lack of any major climbs and several opportunities for a swim. The recent beaver dam and pond at 12.57 mi. is in itself worth the trip. There are many other possibilities for additional rides covering a wide range of abilities including an old RR bed. Even though the area is wet this time of year mosquitoes and black flies were not a problem, but insect repellant is recommended to escape delta wing flies. To get to Brady's Lake follow Rt 940 East from Blakeslee Pa. Turn left 1.3 mi. past Locust Lake Village at blacktop rd posted with small sign; Pa Fish Commission ,Brady's Lake. Ridden Trail: Please Select

Reviewed by: Charlene Williams
, from Columbia, MD Summary: Rode trails in the state gamelands on both sides of the lake. Tried to put together an approximate 15 mile loop but ran into private property marked with numerous POSTED signs and gates on an abandoned railroad grade. Most of the trails are gradual ups or downs, lots of rocky sections typical of most trails in the Poconos. Large expanse with numerous trails and pretty good riding.
