Racer Summary: I have ridden Mrazek a few times now, and have actually yet to reach any end to the trail- rather, just conections to several others in the vicinty. I however do not curently own the map to these trails. I have a buddy with one and it is seemingly high quality, printed on waterproof paper(it is produced by COTA- Central Oregon Trail Alliance- COTAMTB.ORG. As for the trail itself, a lot of fun, typical bend fanfare with a lot of turns (fortunately including some sweet berms), and some tight tree gaps ( i ride 27" bars and found a few tree gaps that i could actually wedge them between to take a mid ride brake if i so pleased). Being well over ten miles long from the start of shevlin park, I think it could be as aggressive or as easy as you please aerobically and pretty much just easy on the aggressive scale. Not to say that easy is not fun, because as it should be needless to say I rode the entire return half of this trail with the ear to ear grin. It is fast, typically smooth, singletrack with some good small but effective berms, and some tight spots to keep it ineresting as well as enough separation from civilazation to allow for a stress relieving ride if you get tired of all the yuppies that have overgrown the beautiful town of Bend that I have spent the only 20 years of my life growing up in and enjoying....I'd say it's a four star trail as it is certainly not world class but I gave it five stars for its close vicinity to a semi urban area Recommended Route: From highway 97 follow greenwood west until it becomes Newport Ave, then Shevlin Park Road. Continue west down hill to Shevlin Park. Park in the first parking lot as there is some fun and easy warmup/coolodown riding to be had in shevlin. Follow down the only trail you will find on the west side of the creek and it will lead into Mrazek. Other recommended trails in the same area: if you have't been to Bend, or at least to Oregon in general than I can say for a fact that you literally do not know what you've been missing- but I can also tell you for a fact that a lot of it is great and well worth the time of anyone who enjoys cycling of any type. RIDE TO LIVE, LIVE TO RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is very cool, nice gradual middle ring climb, some technical grunts at the bottom but then nice Bend like twisty fun single track. The vista views are little far between but a few really nice ones. Recommended Route: We have taken it up to Farewell trail, that down to Tumelo falls, Tumelo creek trail to skyliner, to the Whoops trail over in Phil's area. about a mile before the phil's trail head you cut across Skyline, the paved road, and work your way back to Shevlin park, a sweet 30 miles.
We also had some of our group do it as an out n back and they said it was a blast coming back down.

Cross Country Rider Summary: A bit puzzled by previous reviewer's thumb down for "too twisty". Three of us riding today were very happy to be out on this turny track with tight gaps in the trees, humps, bumps, and a few rocky challenging climbs. We rode it up, and then on to Sisters. Great time of year (October), firm dirt. I'll be back... Recommended Route: get a map in town...easy to find Other recommended trails in the same area: too many to mention..it's spaghetti out there

Cross Country Rider Summary: This trail is completely overrated. Although there are some fun spots, it's too twisty and flows unnaturally, or should I say it doesn't really flow at all. The trail could've been designed much better to suit the terrain. Recommended Route: Down that-a-way, around the tree.
