Cross Country Rider Summary: The best oklahoma has to offer... A true mountian biking mecca for both cross-country riders and hardcore downhillers. miles and miles of trails...very very technical. cant wait to get back on it.(broke my leg in 3 places riding on it) :D Just be carefull not to back into the parking space and come dressed in your garb...queers are everywhere. Recommended Route: yellow trail is a good for begginers and those with more experence. Other recommended trails in the same area: Hear keystone and greenleaf is good but only been in town a year and turkey has satisfied my biking needs enough for now.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Great network of trails. Has something for almost everyone, except long climbs. The only part that stinks about the trail is the sewage treatment plant on the north end when the wind is not right. It really stinks. Recommended Route: Any. Other recommended trails in the same area: Keystone

Weekend Warrior Summary: I just started riding out there and have taken my fair share of beatings. The trails are technical and are really awesome if you are used to riding. If you go down by the pepsi plant (north end) there are some really extreme drops and ladders are being built. If you are looking for a great downhill park, this is not for you. Bring gears, suspension, and a spare tube or patches. Trails are not marked well along the path, but there is a topo map at the lower parking lot. This is the best trail in tulsa and surrounding areas. If you like to road ride, there is a very long asphalt trail. Recommended Route: From the bottom lot (elwood and 73rdish) GO NORTH AND UP TO THE CONCRETE SLAB AND GO RIGHT. From there it is up to you and your bike.

, from Tulsa, OK Summary: This trail reminds me a lot of Sac River in Springfield, MO. There are some climbs, some rocks, some roots, some fast sections, some short fast climbs and even some North Shore stuff being constructed (crazy). If you have some time to kill, go and check out this trail system, it is definately worth it. Recommended Route: There are trails all over the mountain, I prefer the south loop(part of the race course) and the east side(Ho-Chi-Minh and Low-Chi-Minh)HCM & LCM respectively, followed up by a rocky climb to the old parking lot, and then shoot down the downhill along Ellwood and take the second left back into the woods and down to the parking lot (about 5.5 miles). Other recommended trails in the same area: Keystone, Skull Hollow, and although I've never been Greenleaf sounds really promising.
