Camp Manatoc

Average Rating:    (4 of 5)

This is where they hold the Big Valley Race, the course is not normally open to the public, but they open it up one weekend a year for the race and allow the public to ride it. So that being said I've only been on it twice.

Lots of singletrack, some steep short descents, some steep short climbs, if the course is muddy, it's going to be very tricky and you'll see a lot of crashes and broken wrists. If you're in the area the weekend it's open, it's well worth checking out.

Summary:
Just want to note that Manatoc is a BSA (Boy Scouts of America) reservation, and the trail on the land is open and available to ride for only one weekend a year for a race weekend.

The race is put on by 331 Racing (331racing.com)
