Mill Creek Park

The main trail is a loop around a lake (4 miles). Single track the whole way. Not too many up and downs, but tons of fun and trees everywhere. don't fall off the cliff and into the lake. There are a ton of other trails all over the place (north of the lake by the old mill), I just liked the loop because it put me back at my car. bonus: a ton of hot chicks walking all over the place.

Trail Directions
Interstate 76 to Market St. exit(Rt. 7) north. Take 7 north for @5 miles. Turn left after Smith Brakes onto Sheilds Rd. Go about 2 miles and Mill Creek park is on the left. Park anywhere along the lake and jump on the trail. No bikes posted, but I rode the trail 100's of times with no problems. logs jumps, a few short steep downs, tricky cliffs. it's got it all.

Summary:
You can't ride this trail - The no bikes signs are there for a reason. If you get caught you will loose your bike. Sure you can ride here if you don't get caught. Why chance it when there are other legal places to ride. respect the rules.
